Possession of firearms and possession, sale, exchange, or use of any unlawful controlled substance while at C47 are strictly prohibited.

Cancellation of Workshops, Appointments, Reservations or Events and Programs

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments, reservations and sessions. Appointments, reservations and sessions that have not been cancelled 24 hours or more in advance will be charged in full.

Children

No children allowed in the lounge outside of programs designed for family participation.

Employees

Employees are chosen after a thorough interview process and reference check. While we do everything possible to choose the right person for each position, we cannot ensure perfection. Therefore, if at any time you are disappointed with the level of service you have received, please speak to management regarding the problem, rather than addressing the employee directly. This will help us to provide the appropriate coaching, counseling and when necessary, progressive discipline. Positive comments, written or verbal, are shared with the staff and are very much appreciated by all.

Tipping is not expected but appreciated. However, it is anticipated that members will tip for services rendered in the Carver 47 Food and Wellness Market and other special services.

First Aid/Medical Assistance

Should an emergency arise, please explain the nature of the emergency to a staff member and management will immediately notify the appropriate person(s) to assist you. Many of our staff members are certified in CPR, the use of defibrillators and first aid, and they can be in the area within minutes. The staff will call “911” if necessary.

Guest Passes

We invite you to share C47 Lounge with your friends, family and business associates. Passes are available for limited lounge use.

Harassment Policy

C47 is committed to maintaining a work environment that is free from discrimination. In keeping with this commitment, we will not tolerate any type of harassment of Lounge employees by anyone, including any supervisor, co-worker, vendor, client, member or guest of the Club, or any third party.

Experiment Station

The Experiment Station is a quiet area for reading and relaxing. It also has scheduled collab hours and evening social hangs. Please clean up after yourself during and after each session.

Lockers

For the safekeeping of your valuables, we encourage you to use the complimentary security lockers located in the LBP facility.

Lost and Found

If you find a lost item, please bring it to the Member Services in the Lounge. If you lose something, stop at the Member Services desk to see if it has been turned in. Because so many items are similar, we cannot positively identify them over the telephone. If identification is attached to an item, we will do our best to contact the owner.

Valuable items such as jewelry, computers and phones are held for 30 days. Non-valuable items are held for one week. After this period, items are donated to charity.

C47 is not responsible for lost items.

Membership Cards and Key Fobs

Please present your membership card/key fob each time you enter the Lounge, when registering guests, and when charging for the Market, workshops and special events.

If you forget or lose your membership card/key fob, check-in at the Member Services desk, where you can be issued a new card for a fee of $20.

Your membership card/key fob may not be given to or used by anyone other than the person to whom it was issued. Misrepresentation or misuse could result in the cancellation of your membership.
